Urbanwoven aims to bridge the gap between consumers and wholesalers by making fabric markets across Delhi accessible to the consumers on our application. Even boutiques and fashion stylists for expert advice will be at the disposal of the consumer without having to step out of the house. Moreover, fabric samples will be delivered anywhere in Delhi which will do away with the problem of getting low quality fabric and time-consuming trips around the city for the same. To ensure high quality, a thorough quality check will be done before delivering the product. We will have the provision of taking measurements at the consumer’s location. Measurement personnel will also be available for personal measurements. We plan to have a mobile application to serve this purpose. It would be user friendly and convenient for the consumers to use. We have designed a feature for our application called Design-It-Yourself, which enables the user to customise and try on over 250 dresses.

The users can choose from the collar to the length of the dress. In case, there are consumers who have not been able to find their personal style, this AI technology will record every answer of the user in a questionnaire within the application and produce a selection of styles best suited to the user. Our application will have a feature to a 3D scan of designs of tier A and b fashion designers so that the user can try them on in their picture and even at home through the technology of augmented reality. Laser mapping technology will be provided, which the consumer can use to take their own measurements at their own convenience. The consumers will even be able to virtually try on their choice of clothing item in virtual trial rooms in the application itself. Our stylists will have access to several fabric markets and clothing shops, both local and national. They will be able to upload the picture of the clothes on their personal portal and make the user try them on virtually.
